Ramona J. Biho

Ramona's Story

I am born and raised in Hawaii with a degree in Human Development from the University of Hawaii. I was recruited decades ago by Kaua`i Community College to spearhead an Older Worker's Job Training Partnership Act program with the local business community on Kaua`i.

The fantasy of home ownership came to fruition by relocating to Kaua`i. I am a longtime homeowner and resident at the Weliweli subdivision at Poipu. Originally from Kailua on the island of Oahu, I truly appreciate the hometown life-style Kaua`i affords.

My main motive for selling real estate is to be an integral part in assisting someone achieve their American Dream. My passion is "first timers"; first time buyers, first purchase on Kaua`i, first time investors, first Second Home, etc. Making your dreams come true is the most gratifying reason for being a "REALTOR". I feel fortunate to sell properties in paradise, where it is not uncommon to hear, "it is my lifelong goal to own on Kaua`i!"
